The name Ruela means “a small street” in Portuguse, and comes from the "street style", but our street is intimate and charming. It is a place for a walk with smooth local movement. A well kept secret to be shared with friends.

The "ela" we carry in the name Ruela, which means "she", simbolizes all of the female community envolved in our brand, from the ones who produces to the ones who wears it. Strong, sensitive women with inspiring stories that make our world a better place.
